Session 3. Program Design and explanation. Weekly routine set up for individual
WEEK 2
Session 4-6 First week of program training - getting familiar with the movements and what things should feel like when exercising

Our trainers will coach you on becoming very confident and competent with scientific based training methods
With the availability of free basic programs on the internet and the large volume of inexperienced personal trainers in Australia anyone can get thier hands on a training program but if you don't know how to really train the body it is useless.
WEEK 3-8
Depending on the individual lifestyle plan, there will be 18-36 workout sessions
WEEK 9-12
Another 12 - 24 sessions on an adjusted program to deal with the individual's progression
WEEK 12 (end of)
Re-assessment to see how great your results are!
