LIFT will coach you towards a stronger and healthier version of yourself by developing a lifestyle plan based on your personal goals.  Our trainers have extensive experience training all types of people. Regardless of current abilities, injuries, age or experience, you will be guided by a professional.   

Here at LIFT we believe in science based fitness training, as well as, coaching you towards changing your Mindset, Lifestyle and Nutrition. Get the support of a team for your individual goals.

We are a private studio so you get the one on one attention you deserve with zero distractions.

MIND

Once you commit to making a change and seeking the coaching of an experienced personal trainer we need to make sure that your mind and habits are set up for success.  Changing the way you think about your health,  fitness and lifestyle is half the battle towards a new you.  Change the mind and the body will follow!

TRAIN

Every body is different and unique.  Some people have injuries or long term imbalances from sedentary lifestyles.  Everyone has their own different reason for exercising.  Our trainers will program an individual lifestyle and training plan.  One size fits no one!

BODY

Whatever the goal, we guarantee results towards a new body or fitness achievement.  Our quest is to help people become a stronger and healthier version of themselves. You will feel more confident about your body and it will carry over into the other aspects of your life

Our trainers have several years experience with nutrition and 'diets'.  We will help you set up your new lifestyle and sustainable eating habits to ensure you reach your goal.
